1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for, accessing, or utilizing the StanPe payment platform and developer APIs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Merchant Obligations & Eligibility

Merchants utilizing StanPe must provide accurate KYC documents, maintain legal business registrations, and comply with all applicable card network regulations and local banking laws.

3. Payment Processing & Settlements

• Settlement Schedule: Standard settlements are executed on T+1 business day cycles, with instant T+0 settlement available for verified high-volume enterprise accounts.
• Transaction Fees: Applicable transaction MDR and processing fees are automatically deducted from payout batches.
• Chargebacks & Disputes: Merchants are responsible for defending and funding valid customer chargebacks with appropriate proof of delivery.

4. Prohibited Businesses

StanPe prohibits the processing of payments for illegal goods, unlicensed financial schemes, intellectual property infringements, or unauthorized gambling services.

5. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent transactions, high chargeback ratios, or material breach of these terms.
